Breitenbush will install 3 Fire Hose <br /> Stations next to these fire hydrant locations, each equipped with the following: <br /> -(1)DRY CHEMICAL EXTINGUISHER <br /> -(1)PRESSURIZED WATER EXTINGUISHER <br /> -200' 1 1/2" FORESTRY HOSE <br /> `r - 1 1/2"NOZZLE (SUPPLY CACHE, 'BLACK KNIGHT, VIPER' <br /> -2" HYDRANT <br /> Each Hermitage quad guest room building has a fire monitoring and alarm system as well as a <br /> Radio Broadcast Alert System with an outdoor strobe and siren. Each guest room has a <br /> heat/smoke detector connected to a fire alarm control station on the outside of the building. If <br /> any of the room fire detectors are activated, all of the room fire detectors will sound an alarm. <br /> The main fire control panel will send out multiple radio broadcast alarms on channel One. The <br /> fire alert message will notify Breitenbush personnel via radio channel 1 that there is a fire at <br /> Hermitage Building A, B or C,whatever the case may be. <br /> Breitenbush Hot Springs has members of 4 teams that monitor radio channel 1 (all call, medical, <br /> fire, systems and radio alert broadcast channel) and channel 3 (second fire and medical alert <br /> channel)twenty four hours per day seven days per week, all days of the year. <br /> • The Systems Team has two personnel—the Systems Operator and the Systems <br /> Operator Backup—that monitor radio channel 1 twenty-four hours per day. <br /> • The Medical Team has one person monitoring the radio channel one 24 hours a day. <br /> • The Breitenbush Fire Department monitors channels one and three 24 hours a day. <br /> • The Guest Experience Team monitors radio channel one 24 hours per day for guest <br /> calls via 2-way radio call boxes located in various locations on land. <br /> The main Breitenbush Fire Station is located less than 200 feet from the Hermitage complex. <br />
