Below is a description of each project along with its associated permit application <br /> numbers and plumbing fixture summaries. <br /> 1. Project 1: Junior High Modulars <br /> a. This encompasses the project where we are relocating two existing modulars and <br /> buying two new modulars to become our permanent campus for the Junior High. This <br /> project is the one that includes a deck and bathroom building all located on the east <br /> side of the property. It covers permit application numbers: <br /> i. 555-21-007499 <br /> ii. 555-21-007500 <br /> iii. 555-21-007495 <br /> 41, b. Plumbing Fixtures: The code summary on the submitted plans shows that the project is <br /> within requirements to stand on its own with regards to plumbing fixtures. <br /> 2. Project 2: Temporary Modulars for COVID Spacing <br /> a. The original plan was to have Project 1 completed prior to school starting in 2021. Since <br /> it is not going to be completing soon we need to lease 4 modular buildings to relieve <br /> space issues use until Project 1 is completed. <br /> b. When these temporary buildings are in place we will discontinue the use of the two <br /> existing modular buildings on site (currently called buildings% &6),which will be moved <br /> as part of Project 1: Junior High Modulars. <br /> c. These temporary units are covered in permit numbers: <br /> i. 555-21-007999 (Building 1) <br /> ii. 555-21-008000(Building 2) <br /> 555-21-008001 (Building 3) <br /> iv. 555-21-008002 (Building 4) <br /> d. Plumbing Fixtures: The plan for the temporary modular buildings is to have the <br /> students use the bathrooms in the nearby High School Building. Below is a code <br /> summary from the High School Building showing the excess plumbing fixtures required <br /> per code. This is followed by the code summary for the temp modulars showing that <br /> their required plumbing fixtures is less than the available fixtures in the High School <br /> Building: <br /> i.
