The septic tank wa~ p~ped on <br />May 23, 1988 by Carl~s Septic Tank Cleaning and th~ <br />tank was inspected at that time. <br /> <br />Approval of hardship mobile homes is subject to annual <br />renewal by Marion County Planning. An application for <br />a re-evaluation of the septic system will not be <br />requirea in ~he future. The ~yste~ appears adequate ia <br />size to accommodate the primary dwelling and the <br />hardshiR mobile home. <br /> <br />COMMENTS= We cannot locate the records of the septic <br /> tGnk pe~ait for thi~ prop~¥, although there <br /> is a recor~ of the septic tank permit being <br /> issued on October 1,1973.
