Nichol: <br /> <br />An inspection was made of the above mentioned subject <br />property on september 27, 1988. The =ond±tione found on <br />the property ~o not mee: the requirements 0~ the <br />Department of Environmental Q~ality On-Site Sewage <br />Disposal Rules and your site evaluation application is <br />~enie~. Llste~ below are the si~e ~onditione an~ the <br />corresponding req~irement~ of the D.~.Q, rules. <br /> <br />Mottling,as an indicator o~ a perm&ne~t water <br />table~ was ohserveO at 11' to 12" below the groun~ <br />surface. A permanent water table must be at least <br />66# for a stan.dar~ system add at least ~0# for the <br />alternative system~. <br /> <br />Additional soil test pits will be examined on this <br />parcel, without charge, within ninety (90) days of the <br />initial site evaluation if a written reques~ is <br />submitted to this o£~ice. <br /> <br />A reqUest may be Submitted to the D.E.Q. fo~ a denial <br />review and they will visit the site and make a deter- <br />mination ca the suitability of the site for sewage <br />disposal.
