Oregon <br /> <br />An inspection was made at the above address on October <br />9, 1989 to determine if the existing on-site Sewage <br />system appeared adequate to serve the hardship mobile <br />home located On the property. NO evidence of failure <br />was found and the system appeare~ to be functioning in <br />a satisfactory manner. The septic tank was pumped on <br />September 6, 1988 by Stayton Septic Service and the <br />tank was inspected at that time. <br /> <br />Approval of hardship mobile homes is subject to annual <br />renewal by Marion County Planning.
