SE <br />Aumsville, Oregon <br /> <br />An inspection was made at the above address on NoveMber <br />13, 1990 to determine if the existing on-site sewage <br />system aDpeared adequate to serve the hardship mobile <br />home located on the property. No evidence Of failure <br />was found and t,he system appeared to be functioning in <br />a ~atisfactory manner. The septic tank was pumped on <br />October ~, 1984 by Stayton Septic Service and the tank <br />was inspected at that time. <br /> <br />Approval of hardship mobile homes is subject to annual <br />renewal by Maricn County Planning. An application for <br />a re-evaluation of the ~eptic system Will be not be <br />required in the future (see note below). <br /> <br />COMMENTS: This septic system was installed and inspect- <br /> ed in September of 1968. It was originally <br /> designe~ for two mobile homes (one for sleep- <br /> ing only). A~ additional disposal field line <br /> a~p~OXimately $0 feet long was installed <br /> without a permit.
