~RESS~R~IZED DISTRIBU~..~ON EY~CONSTRU.~T~ON DETAIL <br />April 1S, 1992 <br /> <br />kP~LICANT: DONALD ~ORNER <br />SITE NUMBER: 13394 <br /> <br />Your si~e has been found suitable for a PREgSURIZED BISTR~BUTION ALTERNATIVE <br />SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM. The following construction specifications shall apply <br />to the installation of your septic system. <br /> <br />1. The septiG tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of 10~ <br /> 9allons. <br /> <br />The projected daily ~ewage flew for this project is calculated at <br />450 ~allons p~r day, Baaed on soil conditions observed on '=his <br />site, the disposal field wil% ~e sized a~ 7~.llneal. ~eet D~r 150 <br />~allons of pr~jmcted daily sewage ~low. A minimum of ~ linpal <br />f~et of disposal field will be required for your proposed develop- <br />ment. The disposal trenches ate constructed two (2) feet wide and <br />on minimum ten {10) foot c~nters and with no line exceeding 1~5 <br />~eet in length. The trenche~ and perforated pipe a~ installed <br />level (~1") and contoured t~ fellow the natural ground surface. <br />The disposal field piping is minimum two (~) inch pressure piping, <br />with a minimum 160 p~i rating. The sidewalls of th~ disposal <br />trenches and top of the falter material Shall be lined with filter <br />fabric. <br /> <br />The disposal field shall be constructed with e~.~al distribut~O~ <br />with a minimum trench de~th of ~.~ inQhes and a maximum trench <br />depth of l~_~_~nches, There mu~t be at least .l~ inch~s of back£ill <br />ove~ the top of the ~ravel, measured from the natural ground <br />surface. <br /> <br />An effluent lift pump Or siphon which is sized to provide a <br />minimum residual head Of five (5) feet at the most distant orifice <br />is requited <br /> <br /> A cap~ing fill i~ required with this system. The system shall be <br />cons'tructed as indicated on the attached Capping Fill construction detail <br />shee~. <br /> <br />This approval is site specific to the area tested and the ~eptic system must <br />be located is the immediate area of the test pits unless otherwise authorized <br />by thim office. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is <br />proposed for a different area on the proper~y. <br /> <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS~ <br /> The drainfields must be constructed within the immediate area of the <br /> ~est pitB, preferably within the area of the mo~t easterly pit.
