However, site conditions will require the installa- <br />tion of a SE~AGE TRENC~IES fOT the original system and a SAND FILTER-SEEPAGE <br />TRENCN~S for the future replacement system, These are described in the <br />attached construction detail a~d setback sheets. <br /> <br /> Thi~ approval is given on the basis that the lot or parcel wall not be <br />further par=itioned or subdivided and that eo~diti0ns on this property and on <br />adjacent properties are not altered in a~y ~a~er which would prohibit the <br />issuance of a p~r~it, soils in the approved area shall ~ot be altered or <br />modified by cutting, filling, or other developmental nctivitie~ which would <br />impede the successful operation Of the initial or replacement soil absorption <br />systems. Failure to comply with the above items may void this approval. <br /> <br /> ~his re~ort is not a permit to inst4~ll the ~ewa~e mvstem. A permit must <br />be obtained before any system ce~t~t~ occurs. A permit may be issued only <br />after the proporty has been found to be compatible with applicable LCDC <br />acknowledged local comprehensive land use plan. A Etate~ent of Land Use <br />Compatibility or its equivalent is required before a construction permit can <br />be issued. <br /> <br /> The detailed plot plan, must be submitted with the pormi~ application <br />before the eonstruction-installatios pormit can be i~sued. The system must be <br />installed by the property owner or a DEQ licensed septic installer. <br /> <br /> This site evaluation report is valid until an on-site sewage system is <br />installed pursuant to the con~trnction permit obtained from this office, or <br />until earlier cancellation pursuant to the Enviror~ental Quality Con~nission <br />rules.
