The denial review fee is <br />one hundred dollars ($100) and the application must be submitted <br />to the Willamette Valley Region Office of D.~,Q. within thirty <br />(30) days of denial notification. <br /> <br />It may be possible to reconsider this property for an alternative <br />sand filter system~ or a seepage trench system or a redundant <br />system if the property was created with its current boundaries <br />prior to January l~ 1974. A detailed field stake out of any of <br />these systems will be necessary for reconsideration.
