The results of that inspection and
specifications for the sewage system are on the
attached reports. The approved sewage disposal area
includes area for the initial sewage system and full
replacement area to be used in the event of the failure
of the initial system.
This approval is given on the basis that the lot
or parcel will not be further partitioned or subdivided
and that conditions on this property and on adjacent
propert&es are not altered in any manner which would
prohibit the issuance of a permit. Soils in the
approved area shall not be altered or modified by
cutting, filling, or other developmental activities
which would impede ~he s~ccessful operation of the
initial or replacement soil absorption systems. Failure
to uomply with the above items may void this approval.
This report is not a permit to install the sewage
system. A permit must be obtained before any system
construction occurs. A permit may be issued only after
the property has been found to be compatible with
applicable LCDC acknowledged local comprehensive land
use plan. A Statement of Land Use Compatibility or its
equivalent is required before a construction permit can
be issued.
A detailed plot plan of the proposed system must
be submitted with the permit application before the
construction-installation permit can be issued. The
system must be installed by the property owner or a DEQ
licensed septic installer.
This site evaluation report is valid until an
site sewage system is installed pursuant to the
construction permit obtained from this office, or until
earlier cancellation pursuant to the Environmental
Quality Commission rules. Subject to the above, this
report runs with the land and will automatically
benefit subsequent owners.
our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00
to 4:30.
