Marion County
OREGON
COMMUNITY DI:VIELOPMENT
DEPARTMENT

An inspection has been made and your property has been
approved for the installation of an on-site sewage dis-
posal system. The results of that inspection and specifi-
cations for the sewage system are on the attached re-
ports. The approved sewage disposal area includes area
for the initial sewage system and full replacement area
to be used in the event of the failure of the initial
system.
This approval is given on the basis that the lot or
parcel will not be further partitioned or subdivided and
that conditions on this property and on adjacent proper-
ties are not altered in any manner which would prohibit
the issuance of a permit. Soils in the approved area
shall not be altered or modified by cutting, filling, or
other developmental activities which would impede the
successful operation of the initial or replacement soil
absorption systems. Failure to comply with the above
items may void this approval.
This report is not a permit to install the sewage
system. A permit must be obtained before any system
construction occurs. A permit may be issued only after
the property has been found to be compatible with appli-
cable LCDC acknowledged local comprehensive land use
plan. A Statement of Land Use Compatibility or its equiv-
alent is required before a construction permit can be
issued.
A detailed plot plan of the proposed system must be
submitted with the permit application before the con-
struction-installation permit can be issued. The system
must be installed by the property owner or a DEQ licensed
septic installer.
This site evaluation report is valid until an on-site
sewage system is installed pursuant to the construction
permit obtained from this office, or until earlier can-
cellation pursuant to the Environmental Quality COmmis-
sion rules. Subject to the above, this report runs with
the land and will automatically benefit subsequent own-
ers.
Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 to
4:30. Please contact our office if you have any questions
concerning this report.

SenatOr Building 220 High Strut NE Salem. Omg0n 97301-3670
