This application is to place a hardship mobile <br />home on the property. No evidence of failure was ~ound <br />and the system appeared to be functioning in a satis- <br />factory manner. The septic tank was pumped on January <br />9, 1990 by Carl's Septic Tank Service and the tank was <br />inspected at that time. <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the <br />septic tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed <br />septic tank pumper approximately every five years. This <br />notice does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous <br />operation of the existing on-site sewage disposal <br />system. Planning approval may be required for the <br />proposed development of the property. <br /> <br />COMMENTS: We have no record of the existing septic <br /> system in our files. <br /> <br />Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 to <br />4:30.
