NO evidence <br />of failure was found and the system appeared tO be <br />functioning in a satisfactory manner. The septic tank <br />was pumped on, March 27, 1990 by Stayton Septic Service <br />and the tank was inspected at that time. <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the <br />septic tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed <br />septic tank pumper approximately every five years. This <br />notice does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous <br />operation of the existing on-site sewage disposal <br />system. Planning approval may be required for the <br />proposed development of the property. <br /> <br />COMMENTSt <br /> <br />We have no record of the existing septic <br />system in our files. The baffle in the septic <br />ta~k is to be repaired as indicated on the <br />pumper form. <br /> <br />Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 to <br />4:30.
