This <br />application is to replace an existing mobile home. NO <br />evidence of failure was found and the system appeared <br />to be functioning in a satisfactory manner. The septic <br />tank was pumped on November 8, 1989 by Clinkscales <br />Septic Pumping and the tank was inspected at that time. <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the <br />Septic tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed <br />septic tank pumper approximately e~ery five years. This <br />notice does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous <br />operation of the existing on-site sewage disposal <br />system. Planning approval may be required for the <br />proposed development of the property. <br /> <br />COMMENTS: We have no reoord of the existlng ~eptie <br /> system in our files.
