Duval <br />2529 coffey Lane <br />Santa Rosa, california <br /> <br />An inspection was made at the above address on April 19, <br />1991 to determine if~the existing on-site sewage system <br />located on the property appeared adequate to serve the <br />purpose described in the attached application. This <br />application is to replace a dwelling with a mobile home. <br />No evidence of failure was found and the system appeared <br />to be functioning in a satisfactory manner. The septic <br />tank was pumped on March 19, 1991 by $tayton Septic <br />Service and the tank was inspected at that time. <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the <br />septic tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed septic <br />tank pumper approximately every five years. This notice <br />does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation <br />of the existing on-site sewage disposal syste~. Planning <br />approval may be required for the proposed development of <br />the property. <br /> <br />COMMENTS: <br /> <br />Wa have no record of the existing septic <br />system in our files.
