<br /> l, BUILDINGS: ~n General : No building, corral or animal lot ~hall be er¢cZed
<br /> so that any part of it is closer than thirty £ect from ~he boundary line ~f any
<br /> lot, ex¢ludln~ buildings erected prior ~O these restrictions. All plans, locatien~,
<br /> specifications, amd materials lis~s for any improvement shall be subject to approval
<br /> by tha subdividers or their heirs~ successors or asslgns~ er a: least $1% of a
<br /> later formed ~and owners association. The residence and landscaping (lawn,etc.)
<br /> Shall be completed witkin one year from the d~e on which construction of the

<br /> Residential Buildings: ~x¢lusive of basements, no residential building shall
