No evidence of failure was found and the syste~ <br />appeared to be functionin~ in a satisfactory manner. <br />· he septic tan~ was plLmped on Jan. 3, ~991 by Molalla <br />Septic Service and the tank wa~ inspected at that time. <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the <br />septic tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed <br />septic tank pumper approximately every five yea~s. This <br />notice docs not guarantee satisfactory or continuous <br />operation of the existing on-site sewage disposal <br />system.
