BOx 523 <br />Detroit, OR 97342 <br /> <br />Dear Marina: <br /> <br />As requested, on August 24, 1992 we pumped and inspected the septic <br />system ~ervicing the motel property addressed a~ 130 Breitenbush <br />Road, Detroit, Oregon. <br /> <br />There are two tanks serving the motel and both are located on the <br />east side of the building. To locate the tanks, measure 36 feet <br />north from the southeast corner of the motel, then from that point <br />measure ~ feet east to the lid of tank #1. To locate the lid of <br />tank #2 measure 44 feet north from the southeast corner of the motel <br />and then from that point measure 10 feet east to the lid. <br /> <br />Tank #1 is concrete with a Capacity of approximately 1000 gallons. <br />The tank is in good condition and the lid and baffles are intact <br />and in place. There was no water running back into the tank, <br />However, the water level in the tank was too high indicating that <br />the drainfield for this tank is in bad condition. <br /> <br />Tank #2 is metal with a capacity of approximately 1200 gallons. <br />The tank is in good condi%ion and the lid and baffles are intact <br />and in place.
