The following construction specifications shall apply to the installa- <br />tion of your septic system. <br /> <br />1. The seDtic tank ~hall have a minimum liquid capaeity of 10O0 <br /> gallons. <br /> <br />The p=ojected daily sewage flow for this project is calculated at <br />~O qallons Der day. Based on soil conditions Observed oB this <br />site, the disposal field will be sized at 50 lineal feet D~r 150 <br />~allons of projected daily sewage flow. A minimum of lB0 lineal <br />~eet of disposal field will be r~q~i~ed for your proposed develop- <br />ment. The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and <br />on minimum ten (10) fOot centana and with no line e~ceedlng 1~5 <br />feet in length. The trenches and perforated pi~ are installed <br />level (~l") and contoured to follow the natural ground surface. <br /> <br />The disposal field shal~ be constructed with ~=ial distributi0u <br />with a minimum trench depth of ~ inches and a maximum trench <br />de~th of ~,~ inch~s. There must be at least ~ i~ches o~ backfill <br />over the top o~ the gravel, ~easur~d f~om the natural ground <br /> <br /> This approval is site specific tO the area tested and the septic System <br />mu~t be l~ated in =he immediate area of the test pits unless otherwise autho- <br />rized by this offloe. A new alta evaluation may be required if the system &$ <br />proposed for a different area on the property. <br /> <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS: <br /> Construct the drainfields wi~bi~ the immediate area of the moil test <br /> pits. A per-cOnstruction field stakeout is reconm~nded to establish the <br /> location of ~he individual drainfield lines for both drainfields prior <br /> to any excavation. An alternative sand filter system might be neuessary <br /> for future repairs because of limited space and the possibility of a cut <br /> bank more than thirty inches tall at the lows= (~ou=herly) property <br /> boundary. Observe all normal setback/~aparation distances. Refer to the <br /> enclosed setback list which Outlines minimum setbacks between ~eptic <br /> systems and other features. <br /> <br /> <br />
