Approval is for the installation of a STANDARD <br />SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM, am described in the attached construction detail and <br />setback sheets. <br /> <br /> Thi~ approval is given on the basis that the lot or parcel will not be <br />further partitioned or subdivided and that Conditions on this property and on <br />adjacent properties are not altered in any manner which would prohibit th~ <br />issuance of a permit. Soils iB ~he approved area shall not be altered or <br />modified by cutting, filling, or other developmental activities which would <br />impede the successful operation of the initial or ~splacement soil absorption <br />systems. The system must be installed by ~he ~roperty owner or a DEQ licensed <br />septic installer. <br /> <br /> This site evaluation re~ort is valid until an on-si=e sewage system is <br />installed pu=~uant to the construction permit obtained from this office, or <br />until earlier cancellation pursuant to the Environmental Quality Commission <br />rul~s.
