Marion County

OREGON
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
DEPARTMENT

March 30, 1992

AUTHORIZATION NOTICE

TYPE OF NOTICE:

APPROVAL

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:

Site W: 92-1072 (3150)
T: 8S; R: 1W; $: 18
9832 JORDAN STREET SE
AUMSVILLE, OREGON 97325

PROPERTY OWNER:

BARBARA GARCIA
SAME ADDRESS

An inspection was made at the above address on 3/27/92 to
determine if the existing on-site sewage system located
on the property appeared adequate to serve the purpose
described in the attached application. This application
is to connect a temporary two bedroom hardship mobile
home into the existing septic system. No evidence of
failure was found and the system appeared to be function-
ing in a satisfactory manner. The septic tank was pumped
on 3/10/92 by Mikes' Septic Service and the tank was
inspected at that time.

This notice is issued with the recommendation that the
septic tank be Dumped and inspected by a licensed septic
tank pumper approximately every five years. This notice
does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation
of the existing on-site sewage disposal system. Planning
approval may be required for the proposed development of
the property.

COMMENTs:

The new driveway and parking area conflicts
with the existing drainfield. Keep traffic to
a minimum during the Wet winter season to
avoid soil compaction.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4:30.
Please contact our office if you have any questions
concerning this report.

LEE A. GRIMES, SOIL SCIENTIST

Senator Building 2~2'0
· High Street NE Salem, Oregon 97301-3670
