This application
is to connect a temporary hardship mobile home into the
existing septic system. No evidence of failure was found
and the system appeared to be functioning in a satis-
factory manner. The septic tank was pumped on 9/16/92 by
Carl's Septic Tank Cleaning and the tank was inspected at
that time.

This notice is issued with the recommendation that the
septic tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed septic
tank pumper approximately every five years. This notice
does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation
of the existing on-site sewage disposal system. Planning
approval may be required for the proposed development of
the property.

COMMENTS:

soil conditions appear marginal, so an alter-
native Sand Filter system might be necessary
for future repairs. Vehicle traffic Should be
restricted from the existing drainfield ~ite.

our office hours are Monday through Friday,
Please contact our office if you have
concerning this report.

LE~ A.
