Marion County <br /> <br /> OREGON <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br /> DE pA RTi',,4E NT <br /> <br />NOTICE OF A~PROVAL= <br /> <br />EVALUATION REPO~T FOR AN <br />ON-SIT~ B~wAGE DIgPOSAL BySTEM <br /> <br />March 18, 1992 <br /> <br />JOHN AND LOIS ROOP <br />4940 SUNNYSIDE ROAD SE # B8 <br />SALEM, OREGON 97302 <br /> <br /> SUBJECT: SITE ~92-~47, T~9S, K~iW, S:17 <br /> SITE ADDRESS: 11982 DIECK/~AN LAB~ SE, AUMSVILLE, OI~EGON <br /> <br />97325 <br /> <br /> Our office has completed the evaluation of your property for a temporary <br />hardship mobile home building site in the area you proposed for an on-site <br />sewage system. <br /> <br /> Based on the results of this study, on-site sewage disposal appea~s <br />feasible for the prop~=~y. Approval is fo~ the installation of a STANDAKD <br />SEWA~ DISPOSAL SYSTEM, as described in the attached construction detail and <br />setback sheets. <br /> <br /> This approval is given on the basis that the lot or parcel will not be <br />further partitioned or e~bdivided and that conditions on this property and on <br />adjacent properties are net altered in any manner which would prohibit the <br />issuance of a permit. Soils in the approved area shall not be altered o~ <br />modified by cutting, filling, or other devel~ental activities which would <br />impede the ~uccessful operation of the initial or replacemen= soil absorption <br />systems. Failure to comply with the above items may void this approval. <br /> <br /> This report is not a per,it to install the sewage system. A permit must <br />be obtained before any ~ystem construction occurs. A permit ~ay be issued only <br />after the property has bees found to be compatible with applicable LCDC <br />acknowledged local comprehensive land use plan. A Statement of Land U~e <br />Compatibility or its equivalent is r~quired before a construction permit can <br />be issued. <br /> <br /> A detailed plot plan, drawn to scale (ex. l" ~ 60'), m~st be submitted <br />with =he permit application befere the construction-installation permit can be <br />issued. The system must be installed by the property owner or a DEQ licensed <br />septic installer. <br /> <br /> This site evaluation report is valid until an on-sit~ sewage system is <br />installed pursuant to the construc~isn permit obtained from this office, er <br />until ~arlier ~ancellation pursuant to the Environmental Quality commission <br />rules. Subject to the above, this report runs with the land and will automati- <br />cally benefit subsequent owners. <br /> <br /> Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4:30.
