STAY,ON ROAD SE
AUMSVILLE, OREGON 97325

Subject: 8983 W. ~TAYTON ROAD SE AUMSV~LLE, ORE. 97325
site Number: 92-3730

An inspection was made at the above address on 10/26/92
to determine if the existing on-site sewage system ap-
peared adequate to serve the hardship mobile home located
on the property. No evidence of failure was found and
the system appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory
manner. The septic tank was pumped on 12/26/90 by Stay-
ton Septic Services and the tank was inspected at that
time.

Approval of hardship mobile homes is subject to annual
renewal by Marion County P~anning. An application for a
re-evaluation of the septic system will not b9 required
in the future~

COMMENTS:

Soil conditions on this property are marginal
for septic systems. Stayton Septic Services
reports that there was back-flow when they
pumped the septic tank in 1990. Mowever, the
system was designed to service two mobile
homes when it was constructed in 1968. The
small amount of additional sewage flow from
the hardship mobile has little impact upon
the performance of the system, Appropriate
repairs will be required should the drain-
field fail to the ground surface.

This notice does not guarantee satisfactory o~ continuous
operation of the existing on-site ~ewage disposal system.

M~rlon Co%f~tyVBui~ding Inspect{'~n
LEE A.
