SE., SECTION 01, SITE 92-1760

I returned tO this property 5/29/92 with the plot plan
diagram you submitted to confirm the location of the
existing septic system drainfield lines. Using a hand
probe i was able to verify two lines close to the lines
you flagged. Unfortunately, I could not find the third
line, which is the most important line because it will be
closest to the building foundation line.

At this point it appears that some work will be necessary
on your part to actually find the third line and show
that it will not conflict with the proposed building.
Keep in mi~d that a five feet minimum ~eparation distance
is required between the drainfield line and the founda-
tion line if there is no footing drain at the foundation.
A twenty five feet setback is required with footing
drains.

Let me know as soon as you can what you find. I suggest
that you locate the distribution box to be sure there are
actually three lines. ~he box may al~o give some idea if
we have located the ~orrect lines. The third line might
be upslope of the two we found. If so, there will be less
space for fu%ure repairs.

Call, if you have any questions.
office betwee 8 and 10 AM.

LEE A.
