I am meeting with Kevin Hills, who will do the
installation, on Sunday, April 12 to go over the specifications we discussed, As
soon as the permit is processed, I will let Kevin know he can start and he will
contact you when the seepage trench system is ready for inspection.

Just to be sure I have the details right; the seepage trench must be 36" deep
and 24" wide. There will be 18" of rock below the pipe and then the pipe wilt be
encased in the top 6" of rock, Over the rock and the pipe will be a filter fabric
12'' of soil. The pipe must be level throughout the system. The overall
be 80 linear feet, as shown on the site plan.
I've attached cop es of the ste plan and the site evaluation approval. If you
need any additional information, I've listed both my home and work phone
numbers,

Thanks ~zgain for your help,

Sincerely, .,~ -/¢

Dave Guile
8717 14th Ave, NE
Keizer, OR 97303

Home 390-11:37
Work G99-3302
