This application <br />is to replace the previous two bsdroom mobile with a new <br />two bedroom mobile home. Ne evidence of failure was found <br />and the system appeared to be functioning in a sati~- <br />factory manner. The septic tank was pumped On 6/5/92 by <br />Stayton Septic Services and the tank was inspected at <br />that time. <br /> <br />This notice is ismued with the recommendation that the <br />septic tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed septic <br />tank pumper approximately every five years. This notice <br />does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation <br />of the existing on-site sewage disposal system. Planning <br />approval may be required for the proposed development of <br />the property. <br /> <br />CO~ENTS: <br /> <br />The location of the existing drainfield lines <br />is unknown.
