The ~oll~win9 censtr~0tion speci~loations shall apply to the <br /> <br />The septic ta~k shall have a minimum liquid capacity of ~ <br />gallons. <br /> <br />The projected daily ~ewage flew for this p~eJec~ is calculated at <br />30Q ~allons Der day. Based on soil conditions observed on this <br />site, the di~sal field will be sized at 67~linea~ feet Der 150 <br />~allons Of pso~ected daily sewage flow. A minimum Of 134 lineal <br />~e% o~ ~isposal field will be required for your proposed dev~lop- <br />meet. Th~ disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and <br />on minimum ten (10) foo~ cen~ers and with no line exceeding 125 <br />feet in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed <br />level (~1"} a~d contoured to ~ollow the Batural ground surface. <br /> <br />The disposal field shall be constructed with .~eri~l distribution <br />with a minimum trench depth of ~6 ~q~s and a maximum trench <br />depth of 42 inches. The depth ef filter below the dist=ibuti0n <br />pipe shall be 18 in~hes. There must be at least 12 ~nche~ of <br />backfill ever the top of the gravel, measurud from the natural <br />qrouBd s~r~ace. <br /> <br /> An effluent lift pump may be necessary to construct =he disposal field <br />in the approved ar~a and at the correct depth. <br /> <br />This a~proval i~ site ~pecifie to the area tested and the septic system must <br />be located in =h® immediate area of the test pits unlesz otherwise authorized <br /> <br />by this office. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is <br />proposed for a different area on the property. <br /> <br />SPECIAL ~ONDITIONS: <br /> The drainfields must be constructed as currently field staked for <br /> location. This consideration is limited to a two bedreOm maximum <br /> residen0e. Refer to the enclosed setback list which eutlines minimum <br /> <br />sepuration dista~ces between components of septic Systems and ether <br />features existing and proposed. The house site a~d dimensions have not <br />been considered as a pa~t ef this evaluation. Placement of the house <br />~ust not encumber siting a~d ~enstruotion of the septic system as <br />proposed.
