Marion County

OREGON
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
DEPARTMENT

May 22, 1992

EXISTING SYSTEM EVALUATION

TYPE OF NOTICEs
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:

PROPERTY pARTITION
Site #: 16032
T: 8S; R: 2W; S: 24
8973 sHAW SQUARE ROAD SE.
AUMSVILLE, OREGON 97325

PROPERTY OWNER:
APPLICANT:

LOUIS MEZA
oWNER
9005 SHAW SQUARE ROAD SE.
AUMSVILLE, OREGON 97325

An inspection was made at the above addres~ on 4/30/9~ to
determine the condition of the existing on-site sewage
system located on the property. No evidence of failure
was found and the system appeared to be funotioning in a
satisfactory manner. The septic tank was pumped on 1/i0-
/89 by Stayton Septic Services and the tank was inspected
at that time.

This notice is issued with the recommendation that the
septic tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed septic
tank pumper approximately every four years. This notice
does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation
of the existing on-site sewage disposal system.

COMMENTS:

This existing system is substantially sub-
standard to current rules pertaining to on-
site subsurface sewage disposal (in relation
to size and separation distance to the exist-
ing well). The siza of the tank is unknown.
The drainfield is apparently only about 20
feet long. The area designated for future
repairs is north of the house and well and
west of the existing barn.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday,
Please contact our office if you have
concerning this report.

.....
LEE A.
