This application <br />is to replace the existing two bedroom mobile home with a <br />new two bedroom mobile home. No evidence of failure was <br />found and the system appeared to be functioning in a <br />satisfactory manner. The septic tank was pumped on 8/6/92 <br />by Mike's Septic Service and the tank wa~ inspected at <br />that time. <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the reoQmmendatiOn that the <br />septic tank be pLLmped and inspected by a licensed septic' <br />tank pumpe~ approximately every five years. This notice <br />does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous ope=ation <br />of the existing on-site sewage disposal system, Planning <br />approval may be required for the proposed development of <br />the property. <br /> <br />COM2¢ENTS: <br /> <br />The fill material recently placed over the <br />septic system drainfield must be removed to <br />an appropriate thickness as soon as possible. <br />Future repairs will include a sand filter. <br /> <br />Our office hours are Monday through Friday, <br />Please contact our office if you have <br />concerning this report. <br /> <br />8:00 to 4:30. <br />any q[uestions <br /> <br />LEE A.
