July 31, ~992 <br />APPLICANT: <br /> <br />92-2~35 <br /> <br />Xou~ site has been found suitable for a STANDARD ON-SIT~ SA~WaGE DISPOSAL <br />~YSTEM. The followinq construction specifications shall apply te the installa- <br />tion of your septic system. <br /> <br />The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of Is0__0 <br />gallons. <br /> <br />The projected daily sewage flow for this project is calculated a~ <br />~ ~allons~rda¥, Based on sell conditions observed ce this <br />site, the disposal field wil~ be sized at 150 lineal fe~t per k~Q <br />q~llgns of ~roje~ted ~aily sewage flew. A minimum of 525 lineal <br />~get of disposal field wall be required for your proposed develop~ <br />ment. The disposal trenches ars constructed two (2) feet wide and <br />on minimum ten (10} foet centers and with no line exceeding 12S <br />feet in length. The trenches and perforated pipe a~e installed <br />level (~l#) and ccntCure~ te follow th~ na=ural ground surface. <br /> <br />The disposal field shall be constructed with serial d!stributio~ <br />with a minimum trench de~=h of ~4 inches and a maximum t~ench <br />depth of 24 inche~, There must be at least ~ of backfill <br />over the tap of the gravel, measured fro~ the natural ground <br />~urfaCe. <br /> <br /> A groundwater l~terceptor is required as part of this ~ystem. This <br />interceptor trench must be constructed a minimum twelve (12) inches wide by 40 <br />inche~ deep with 30 inches of clean gravel placed over a ~our (4) inch smooth <br />wall Ime=forated pipe. The interceptor r~ust be located at lmast ten (10) feet <br />upel~pe from the disposal field and mu~t dis=harge through a watertight, non- <br />perforated pipe beside or belew the disposal field, A seDaration of 25 f~et is <br />~equired ~rom the ~eptic tank if the tank is lecated upslope of the groundwa- <br />te~ interceptor~ <br /> <br />This approval is site specific to the area t~=t~d and the septi~ system must <br />be located in the immediate area o~ the te~t pits unless otherwise authorized <br />by this ~ffice. A n~w site evaluation may be required if the system i~ <br />proposed for a different area on the pre,arty. <br /> <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS: <br /> Construct the drainfields as far upslo~e as possibl~ within the immedi- <br /> ate area Of the soil test p~ts, Allow spac~ for the upslDp~ curtain <br /> drain. Refer to the enclosed setback list whioh outlines minimum <br /> separation die%antes between cemponen%s of septic systems and other <br /> <br /> co~s~r~c~iOn of the standard syst~, so the construction should be <br /> limited to the dry soil su~er s~ason. <br /> <br /> <br />
