The following construction specifioatien$ shall ~pply to the installa- <br />tion of your ~eptie system. <br /> <br />The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of 1000 <br />gallons. <br /> <br />The pro~ected daily sewage flow for this project is calculated <br />~Q uallons ~e= day. Based on soil conditions observed on this <br />site, the disposal field will b~ sised at 150 lineal feet per <br />~allons of projected daily sewage flow. A minimum of 45~ lineal <br />feet of disposal field will b~ req~ed f~ yO~N p~o~o$~d develop- <br />ment. The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and <br />on minimum ten (10) foot centers and with no line exceeding 125 <br />feet in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed <br />level (~1") and contoured to follow the natural ground surface. <br /> <br />The disposal field shall be constructed with s ria d~str'bution <br />with a minimum trench depth of 24 inches and a ~axlmum trench <br />d~p~h of ~4 in~h~. The~e m~st be a~ least 12 inches of backfill <br />over the top of the g~a¥~l, measured f~m the natural ground <br />surface. <br /> <br /> This approval is site specific to the area tested and the septic <br />must be located in the immediate area of the test pits unless otherwise auth0- <br />ri~ed by this office. A new site evaluation may be required if the syetem is <br />proposed for e different area on ~he pro~rty. <br /> <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS; <br /> Use care in si=ing the house to achieve gravity fl0w to the shallow <br /> depth of the drainfield lin~s. Refer to the enclosed setback list which <br /> Out lines minimum separati~ distances between septic Syste~ and other <br /> features. Construct the drainfield lines within the i~ediate area of <br /> the soil test pits. <br /> <br /> <br />
