APPLIC~T: $ITB NUMBER~ 1992 PALF~R/~BOS$ CONSTRUCTION 92-3874 Your Site has been found suitable for a STANDARD ON-SIT~ SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM. The following construction specifioatien$ shall ~pply to the installa- tion of your ~eptie system. The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of 1000 gallons. The pro~ected daily sewage flow for this project is calculated ~Q uallons ~e= day. Based on soil conditions observed on this site, the disposal field will b~ sised at 150 lineal feet per ~allons of projected daily sewage flow. A minimum of 45~ lineal feet of disposal field will b~ req~ed f~ yO~N p~o~o$~d develop- ment. The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and on minimum ten (10) foot centers and with no line exceeding 125 feet in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed level (~1") and contoured to follow the natural ground surface. The disposal field shall be constructed with s ria d~str'bution with a minimum trench depth of 24 inches and a ~axlmum trench d~p~h of ~4 in~h~. The~e m~st be a~ least 12 inches of backfill over the top of the g~a¥~l, measured f~m the natural ground surface. This approval is site specific to the area tested and the septic must be located in the immediate area of the test pits unless otherwise auth0- ri~ed by this office. A new site evaluation may be required if the syetem is proposed for e different area on ~he pro~rty. SPECIAL CONDITIONS; Use care in si=ing the house to achieve gravity fl0w to the shallow depth of the drainfield lin~s. Refer to the enclosed setback list which Out lines minimum separati~ distances between septic Syste~ and other features. Construct the drainfield lines within the i~ediate area of the soil test pits.
