AuguSt 18, 1993 <br /> <br />HAR~Y O'NBIL <br />93-2736 <br /> <br /> Your site has been found suitable for a STANDARD ON-SITE ~EWAGE DISPOSAL <br />SYSTEM. The following censt=uction specifications shall apply to the i~taLla- <br /> <br />1. The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of ~_~ <br /> gallons. <br /> <br />Th~ p~ojected daily s~wage flow for this project is calculated at <br />450 ~allons Der day, Based on soil conditions observed on this <br />site, the disposal field will De sized at 150 linea~ feet per 150 <br />~ Of projected 4ally sewage flow. A minimum Of ~ <br />feet of disposal field will be required for your proposed develop- <br />ment. The disposal t~enches a~e con~tructed two (2) feet wide and <br />on minimum ten (10) foot ~en~ers and with no line exceeding 125 <br />feet in length. The treDches and perforated pipe are installed <br />level (~l'°) and contoured to follow the natural ground surface. <br /> <br />The disposal field shall be constructed with serial distribution <br />~ihh a minimum trench de~h of 24 inD~es and a maximum trench <br />depth Of ~4 inches. There must be et least /~ inches of backfill <br />over =he top of the gravel, measured fro~ the natural ground <br /> <br /> Thi~ approval is site specific to the area tested and the septic ~ystem <br />must be located in the immedia:e area of the test pits unless otherwis~ autho- <br />rized by this office. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is <br />p~opo~d fo~ a different a~ea ~n the property. <br /> <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS: <br /> Construct the d=ainfields within the immediate area of the soil test <br /> pits. Avoid the existing drainfleld by at least te~ feet. You may <br /> continue to use the existing septic tank if it is in good condition and <br /> of adequate size. Submit a pumping receipt and condition report to our <br /> office if the exiS~ing tank will be considered. Observe all normal <br /> setback/separation distances as outlined by the enclosed setback list. A <br /> ps,construction d=a~nfield stakeout is recommended to develop the <br /> detailed drawn-to-scale plot plan =equi=ed for the repair ~ermit. Refer <br /> to the enclosed stakeout p=ocedure fen details to complete ehe stakeout. <br /> Submit the ~lot plan tO our Office as eoo~ as possible for review a~d to <br /> be included with the repair permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
