STAYTON RD SE AUMSVILLE, OR 97325 <br /> Site N~mber; 93-2850 <br /> <br />An inspection was made at the above address on 9/22/93 to <br />determine if the existing on-site sewage system appeared <br />adequate to serve the hardship mobile home located on the <br />property. No evidence of failure was found and the <br />system appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory <br />manner. The septic tank was pumped on 8/30/93 by Stayton <br />Septic Services and the tank was inspected at that time. <br /> <br />Approval of hardship mobile homes is subject to annual <br />renewal by Marion County Planning. An application for a <br />re-evaluation of the septic system will be required two <br />years from the date of this notice. <br /> <br />COM!qENTS: <br /> <br />The septic tank that services the hardship <br />mobile was installed in july 1982 and ~on- <br />nected into the existing drainfield. We have <br />no information about the existing drainfield, <br />If only two people occupy the hardship mobile <br />the septic tank should be pumped about every <br />ten years. <br /> <br />This notice does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous <br />operation of the existing on-site sewage disposal system. <br /> <br />~rion count~ building Inspection <br />LEE A.
