.... ·
Feb. 10, ~992

Lee Grimes
Marion County Building Dept.
220 High St. NoE.
Salem, Or, 97301-3670

Suhj~ Site evaluation, 300 Lakeerest Dr,, Detroit, Or.
Site # 14469, Application #903588Z

Dear Lee,

Attached is a plot plan of the field layout that Mr, Elden and I
staked out onsite. As you ran see, with the top easement for
access to the next lot, the uncooperative slope and the lake
setback, not enough drainfield can be installed for a standard
dratnfield. This drainfield was staked out no closer than 100'
from what appears to be the lake high Water.

As I mentioned to you on the telephone, the hi~h water mark of
the lake was determined by taking the elevation of the high water
line on the North side of the lake bank where it is evident and
establishin~ that elevation with a laser level at the back of
this property, This elevation is about 25' from the back
property line. I thi~k that the lark of lush vegetation between
the property line and rocks is fros foot traffic and this area
was probably a ro~ used b~ the Corps of Engineers for the
placement of the large rip rap stones along the hank of the lake.

have plotted in the proposed house and driveway locations given
to me by Mr, Elden ~nd I told him of your' concern about the house
excavation cut on the uphill house site.

Please review this plan as Mr. Elder wants to know if it appears
feasible so he can get the test holes dug for your review.

If you have any questions on this plan or need any additional
information please give me a call.
