AUMSVILLE, OREGON 97325 <br />site Number: 93-2711 <br /> <br />An inspection was made at the above addres~ on 8/16/93 to <br />determine if the existing on-site aewage system 1coated <br />on the property appeared adequate to serve =he purpose <br />described in the attached application. This application <br />is to enclose the garage as an additional bedroom. No <br />evidence of failure was found and the system appeared to <br />be functioning in a satisfactory manner~ The septic tank <br />was pumped on 7/14/93 by A & B Septic Tank Service and <br />the tank was inspected at that time. <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the <br />septic tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed Septic <br />tank pumper approximately every five years. This notice <br />does not g~arantee satisfactory or continuous operation <br />of the existing on-site sewage disposal system.
