Investment Date: Sept. 3, 1975 On August 25, 1975, our Department deferred action on this subdivision in that the fol- lowing proposed lots had indications of a perched water table being'present at depths less than 24 inches below the ground surface .during the winter months: Block t, Lot. 2; Block 2, Lot l; Block 2, Lot 2; and B)ock 3, Lot 3 On August 29, 1975, the Marion County Health Department reviewed this development and determined that the.projected groundwaters on these lots could satisfactorily be intercepted and diverted around the disposal areas by the installation of curtain drains. Therefore, Block 1. Lots 1-3; Block 2, Lots 1-4; Block 3, Lots 1-3; and Block 4, Lots 1-7 (17 Lots total) of the proposed "The Ranch" subdivision approved subject to the following conditions: I. AS determined by the Marion County Health Department, curtain drains will be required to be installed in conjunction with the subsurface sewage disposal system on the following lots: Block 1, Lot 2 Block 2, Lot 1 Block 2, Lot 2 Block 3, Lot 3 Prior to any construction, grading, ~oad construction, driveway construction, or the placement Of any well, the owner shall first contact the Marion County Health Department to ensure that there will be no encroachment on the approved drainfield areas. 3. A subsurface sewage disposal permit must first be obtained from the Marion County Health Department prior to commencing any building construction. # A subsurface sewage disposal permit may not be issued on any of the proposed lots until the proposed subdivision has been approved by the Marion County Planning Co~mission, Non-compliance with any of the above stated conditions may void this approval.
