Due to steep slopes, irr- <br />egular terrain, drainage ways and lot slze, a large portion of the lots <br />are not acceptab]e for installation of subsurfac$ sewage disposa] systems. <br />In order to obtain buildabie homesites, many' of the {ors have bern combined. <br />The attached letter dated Ju]y'28, 1980.~ to the 0apartment of Environmental <br />~uallty from Harry C, Patton, describes the homesltes.. <br /> <br />Also, there are lots which have not been developed into homesltes. They are <br />not approved for subsurface sewage disposal, below is a list of ~hese lots: <br /> <br />Block 1 - Lots lO, 11, 12. <br />Block 4 - Lot {0. <br />Block $ - Lots 11, 12, 13, <br />Block 6 - Lots 14, 15. <br /> <br />14, <br /> <br />At the present, :he parcels are on]~ approved for a maxlmum o~.~wo bedroom <br />d~ellings. There is potential that many of the parcels can be approved for <br />three bedrooms. This will requ}re development of specific plot plans and <br />revlew by Marion County. Attached {s a letter to the Department of ~nvir- <br />onmental Quality from the city of Detroit, which gives planning approval of <br />the proposed homeslteS. <br /> <br />Permits may be issued, subject to the following: <br /> <br />(l.) Development of homesites a8 outlined in the attached report, <br /> <br />(2,) Land surface!s on/or adja.ce~t to the' design'~ted drainfield area'~ <br />shall not be altered by gradingl.or filling.
