Soils in the approved area <br />shall no~ be altered by cutting, filling, or other developmental activities which would <br />impede the successful operation of the ~nitial or replacement absorption systems. THIS SEPTIC REVIEW WAS COMPLETED BY LEE GRIMES ON JULY 9, <br /> 1~96. THIS PERMIT IS TO INSTALL THE SEPTIC SYSTEM FOR THE <br /> HARDSHIP MANUFACTURED HOME. IT WILL PROVIDE AS A FUTURE <br /> SYSTEM FOR THE EXISTING RESIDENCE SHOULD THE EXISTING SYSTEM <br /> FAIL FOR SOME NON-REPAIRABLE REASON. INSTALL THE DRAINF!ELD <br /> AS FAR UP-SLOPE AS POSSIBLE. SOIL CONDITIONS DETERIATE AT <br /> THE LOWER TEST PIT AND THAT AREA SHOULD BE AVOIDED. OUR <br /> RECORDS INDICATE THAT THE SYSTEM AT THE EXISTING HOUSE WAS <br /> INSTALLED SEPTEMBER 26, 1967. IT INCLUDES A 1888 GALLON CON- <br /> CRETE TANK AND FOUR DRAINLINES 75 TO 118 FEET LONG. <br />2. The attached ORANGE CARD Must be posted at the county road. <br />3. The site Must be protected from traffic, livestock, farming <br /> or other damaging activities. <br />4. This system Must be inspected prior to cover.
