DETROIT, OREGON 97342

This is a follow up to my letter of January 6, 1994
regarding the septic system problem observed at the prop-
erty described above. Based on the description of the
repairs completed by Stayton Septic Services as outlined
in their letter dated February 11, 1994, I believe the
corrections will allow the septic system to function
normally. The small septic tank should be serviced on a
frequent schedule.

We will be closing our file unles we receive notice of
further problems. Thank you, for your cooperation in this
matter. Call, if you have any questions. I am usually in
the office between 8 and 10 AM.
LEE~A.
