NE, Aurora, OR

Re: Septic temporary holding tank.

On March 2, 1998 1 discussed with Randy Trox of the Eugene office of the
Department of Environmental Quality the situation with Bird Brains Inc. at the
Fargo interchange of the I-5. The problem is that sewer system from the city of
Donald has not been completed on schedule for reasons not known to me and the
facility is ready for occupancy.

Mr. Greg Sharp would like to have a small holding tank placed and serviced by
Ace Septic Service of Woodburn. This matter was discussed with Randy Trox
both by me and also Greg Sharp. Mr. Trox told me that if we didn't have a
problem with this he also wouldn't have a problem.

I called and related this discussion to Mr. Sharp. I told him that we would need a
copy of the service contract with Ace and a copy of the pumping records at least
quarterly. He has agreed to these terms and has faxed me the contract and
agreement.

Sanitarian

Community Development Center - 3150 Lancaster Dr NE, Suite C - Salem, Oregon 97305-1398
