An inspection of the field determined that it appeared.adequate to serve the purpose proposed in the application. No evidence of failure was found in the drainfield and the field appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory Manner. The Minor. Repair Permit is fol- replacement of the existinQ septic tank and ins@ection of the property determined that a new tank, May be installed to replace the existing tank. The following specifications shall apply to the installation of the septic tank: MINIMUM SEPTIC TANK CAPACITY: 1888 Call for inspection of the new septic tank after the tank has been installed and prior to backfill. This permit is issued with the recommendation that the septic tank be pumped and inspected approximately every five (5) years. Keep this docUMent with your records. Give a copy of this permit to the septic system installer prior to the installation Of the system. Any deviation from the approved plan must have prior approval from this office. COMMENTS ANQ CONBITIONS 1. THIS SEPTIC REVIEW WAS COMPLETEQ BY LEE GRIMES ON APRIL 22, 1796. THIS PERMIT IS TO REPLACE THE ~AMAGEQ SEPTIC TANK WITH A NEW 1888 GALLON TANK. THE NEW TANK MUST BE SET CLEAR OF THE TRAFFIC ROUTE ANB BARRICAQEQ FOR PROTECTION. AN ALTER- NATIYE IS TO SET A STREET GRABE TANK. THE OLB TANK MUST BE PUMPEQ ANB PROPERLY ABANQONEO. SUBMIT A COPY QF THE PUMPING RE~IEPT ANQ COMPLETE~ ABANQONMENT FORM TQ OUR OFFICE. OUR RE RECORDS INQICATE THAT THE ORIGINAL SYSTEM WAS INSTALLEB TO SERYE A TWO BEQROOM MOBILE HOME. THE SSYTEM CQNSISTEQ OF A 758 GALLON TANK ANQ THREE LINES (~5'. ~5' & ~7'). 2. The attached ORANGE CARQ Must be posted at the county road. ~.
