The approval is specific to,the area tested, and the septic system must be <br />located in the immediate area of the test ~its. unless otherwise authorized by this office. A <br />new s~te evaluation may bP required if the system is proposed for a different area on the propert) <br /> <br />This approval is given on the basis that the lot or parceI will not be further partitioned <br />or subdivided and that conditions on this property and on adjacent properties aye not altered in <br />any manner which would prohibit the issuance of a permit. Soils in the approved area shall not b~ <br />altered or modified by cutting~ filling, or other developmental activities which would impede the <br />successful 9potation of.t~p initial o[ replacement soil absorption systems.
