No evidence of failure was found, and the system appeareU to be functioning in a satisfactory manrmr The septic tank was pumped 07/03/?6 , by STAYTON SEPTIC and was inspected at that time. This notice is issued with the recommendation that the septic tank be pumped and inspected bl a ~icensed septic tank pumper approximately every five years. This notice does not quarantee satisfactory or continuous operation of the existing on-site sewage disposal system. THIS APPLICATION IS TO REPLACE THE EXISTIN TWO BED- ROON NOBILE WITH A NEW TWO BEDRODH NAHUFACTURED HONE. THERE IS NO APPARENT CONFLICT BETWEEN THE SEPTIC SYSTEN AND THE NEW HONE. OUR RECORDS INDICATE THAT THE EXISTING SYSTEN WAS INSTALLED NAY 5, 1975 AND CONSISTS OF A 758 GALLON STEEL TANK AND 158 LINEAL FEET OF DRAINFIELD. THE SYSTEN WAS OPER- ATING WITHOUT EVIDENCE OF FAILURE DURING THE REVIEW. WE HAVE NO OBJECTION TO CONNECTING THE HEW HONE TO THE EXISTING SYS- TEN. WE RECONNEND THAT THE TANK BE PUNPED ON A REGULAR SCHE~tJLE. ABOUT EVERY FOUR TO FIVE YEARS TO EXTEND THE SYS- TEN~S USEFUL LIFE AS LONG AS POSSIBLE. 2. The attached ORANGE CARD must be posted at,the county road. 3. The site must be protected from traffic, livestock, farming or other damaging activities.
