This review does not include <br />any review of accessory structures. <br /> <br />Separate permits are required for accessory structures, includin~ garages and <br />carport% electrical service, water lines, sewer lines~ and septzc systems. <br /> <br />The approved ~ite plan sha]! be posted in a v~s~ble and readily accessible <br />location pr(or to the inspection request. The manufactured dwelling is to be <br />instsIIed per the I79& Oregon Manufactured Owel]ing Standards. <br /> <br />The permit fee for this manufactured dwelling covers a maximum of three in~pections <br />if correcti~n~ are required. A]] blocking, ~n~tallation of temporary or permanent <br />~tair% and plumbing, electrical~ and mechanical connections are required prior to <br />an inspection request. <br /> <br />Before insnectinns are requested~ the green "Record of inspection" card must be posted <br />in an arre~sih}e )oration near the front of the building. No inspections will be <br />performed if the green card is nnt posted on the job si~e and available to the inspector. <br />P~t the orange card~ depicting the property address, at the driveway entrance. <br /> <br />W~rk may proceed only at the d~tection of the inspector.
