We also reviewed our Soils and Foundation Investigation Report (Report No. <br /> 09-121.412.3,-Proje. ct No. EAIX-91-0411) dated December 27, 1991 for Lots 32, 33, 34, and 35 <br /> <br />' z' .. ~ .:~ . <br /> From a:geotecllmqal standpoint, in our opinion Lots.36, 37, and 38 are very similar to the lots <br /> :in ocli' ~or~me_fltiqned geotechnical report. The lots have fill on the surface which extends into <br /> -the ray!ne on t_he back side. <br /> <br /> We highly r~commend the mobile homes for Lots 36, 37, and 38 be founded on drilled piers- <br /> ~ade beams oi; driven pin pile-grade beams founded below the existing fill into the native soil <br /> 'units sfinilar ~ the recommendations used in the accompanying reports. <br /> <br /> We appreciate:the:opportunity to be of service at this time.
