This review does not include <br />any review of accessory structures. <br /> <br />Separate permits are required for accessory structures, includin9 garages and <br />carports, electrical service, water lines, sewer tines, and septic systems. <br /> <br />The approved s~te plan shall be posted in a visible and readily accessible <br />loc~tion.prtor to the inspection r~quest. The <br /> electrical service connection requires a separate permit when it is an <br /> ~ntr~cate part of the manufactured dwelling. Call before installing the <br /> skirting or covering electrical, water, sewer or mechanical connections. <br /> <br />FINA! <br /> <br />This inspection includes checking distances to adjacent structures, property <br />lines, streets and sidewalks in a manufacb~red dwelling park= and setbacks <br />from property lines for installations other than in parks.
