Based on the results of this study, site evaluation <br />~pproval is oranted. The approval is site specific to the area tested, and the septic system <br />Must he located in the immediate area of the test pits, unless otherwise authorized by this <br />office. A new site evaluatio~ ~lay be required if the system is proposed for a different <br />area on the property. <br /> <br />This approval im ~iven on the basis that the lot or parcel will not be further ~artitioned <br />or subdivided and~hmt c~nditions on this property arid on adjacent properties a~e oOt altered [n <br />any Manner which would prohibit the issuance of a permit.
