This review does not include <br /> any review of accessory structures. <br /> <br /> Separate permits are required for accessory str~ctures~ including garages and <br /> carports, electrical servlce~ water lines, sewer lines, and septic systems. <br /> The approved site plan shall be posted in a visible and readily accessible <br /> location prior to ~he inspection request. The Manufactured dwelling is to be <br /> installed per the 1776 Oregon Manufactured Dwelling Standards. <br /> <br /> The permit fee for this ~anufactured dwelling covers a Maximtm of three inspections <br /> if corrections are required. All blocking, installation of temporary or permanent <br /> stairs, and plumbing, electrical, and Mechanical connections ar~ required prior to <br /> an inspection request. <br /> <br /> Before inspec~on~ ar? requeste~p the green 'Record of Inspection" card Must be posted <br /> in an accessible location near ~ne front of the building. No inspections will be <br /> ~erfor~ed if the green card is not posted on the job site and available to the inspector. <br /> ~(~st the orange card, depicting the property address, at the driveway entrance. <br /> <br /> Work may proceed only at the directio~ of the inspector. To request an inspection of <br /> r~mp~eted work, DIAL (5~3) 373-4427 (24-Hour inspection line) prior to 7:~8 AM to <br /> receive same day service. <br /> <br />USE INSPECTION COBES WHEN REQUESTING INSPECTIONS: <br /> <br />1. STAND INSPECTION: <br /> <br /> 602 - FOOTINGS: If you are placing concrete for concrete pads; or runners or <br /> concrete for perimeter footings and foundation. Call-for-inspection before <br /> pouring the concrete. <br /> <br /> This inspection includes checking re-Dar placement~ when required; checking <br /> distances to adjacent structures, property lines, streets and sidewalks in <br /> a manufactured dwelling park; an~ setbacks fro~ propert% lines for installations <br /> other than parks. Property lines must be clearly marked. <br /> <br />2. INSTALLATION INSPECTION: <br /> <br /> 607 - BLOCKING & CONNECTIONS: This inspection includes blocking placement and <br /> connections: electrical feeder connection, mechanical c~ection, water and <br /> sewer connection within five (§) feet of the manufactured dwel:ling. The <br /> electrical service connection requires a separate permit when it is an <br /> intricate part of the manufactured ~elling. Call before installing the <br /> skirting or covering electrical, water~ sewer or mechanical connections. <br /> <br /> This inspection includes checking distances to adjacent structures, property <br /> lines, streets and sidewalks in a Manufactured dwelling park; and setbacks <br /> from property lines for installations other ~ham i~ parks. Property lines <br /> ~ust be clearly marked. <br /> <br />J~ FINAL iNSPECTION: <br /> <br /> ~99 - F~NAL: Skirting, deck~ and permanent steps are to be complete and the <br /> <br /> <br />
