Assigned street nunbers shall be <br /> painted or affixed to the front of the dwelling in a contrasting and highly <br /> visible color~ not less than four (4) inches in height. <br /> <br /> This inspection includes checking construction and code requirements for decks <br /> and steps, skirting and underfloor ventilation and access. <br /> <br />A RETNSPECTION FEE OF $60.8~ shall be assessed for each inspection beyond the <br />pernitted three, inspections or (1) when the pernit card is not posted <br />on the job site~ (2) for failure to provide access on the date for which <br />the inspectinn is requested~ (5) when the work for which an inspection is <br />requested is not conplete, (4) when the nanufactured dwelling is not installed <br />per 1996 Hanufactured Dwelling Standards~ (5) for failing to attach an installer~s <br />certification tag~ or (6) when required corrections are not made. Provide an access crawl hole to the underfloor space. The <br /> mininun size opening required is 18 inches by 24 inches. <br /> (R-311.2) <br /> 7. Stairways shall not be less than 3 feet in clear width and <br /> the headroom shall not be less than 6 feet 8 inches. The <br /> ninimum required stair tread width is 9 inches. The <br /> naxinun stair rise is B inches. When risers are <br /> closed~ all treads may have a uniforn projection not to <br /> exceed 1 and 1/2 inches.
