Assigned street nunbers shall be <br /> painted or affixed to the front of the dwelling in a contrasting and highly <br /> visible color~ not less than four (4) inches in height. <br /> <br /> This inspection includes checking construction and code requirements for decks <br /> and steps, skirting and underfloor ventilation and access. <br /> <br />A RETNSPECTION FEE OF $60.8~ shall be assessed for each inspection beyond the <br />pernitted three, inspections or (1) when the pernit card is not posted <br />on the job site~ (2) for failure to provide access on the date for which <br />the inspectinn is requested~ (5) when the work for which an inspection is <br />requested is not conplete, (4) when the nanufactured dwelling is not installed <br />per 1996 Hanufactured Dwelling Standards~ (5) for failing to attach an installer~s <br />certification tag~ or (6) when required corrections are not made. No inspections <br />will be perforned until the reinspection fee has been paid at our office. <br /> <br /> OIHER COMMENT~ AHD CONDITIONS <br /> <br /> 1. THIS PLAN REVIEW WAS COHPLETED BY DWALTERS OH 4/2/97. <br /> 1996 CODE. <br /> 2. Approval of subnitted plans is not an approval of onissions <br /> or oversights by this office or of noncompliance with any <br /> applicable regulations of local governnen~. <br /> 3. A roadside ~arker shall ~e p[ace~ at the.~ccess point ~ith <br /> address numbers in a con,rasping and higr~ly visible coior~ <br /> not less than three (3) inches in height. <br /> 4. Site grading and drainage shall provide grades which slope <br /> downward away fron ~anufactu~ed dwelling stands, foundation <br /> footings~ concrete slabs, patios, walls, skirting~ and <br /> foundations at a NINIMUM GRADE OF 1/2 INCH PER FOOT FOR 6 <br /> FEET horizontally. (Section 302(c) 1996 Oregon Manufactured <br /> Dwelling Code Standards). <br /> 5. Provide at least 1 square foot of underfloor ventilation <br /> for each 158 square feet of crawl space area. The openings <br /> shall be covered with a corrosion resistant wire hash. At <br /> least one such opening shall be provided within 3 feet of <br /> each corner of the building. (R-311.1) <br /> 6. Provide an access crawl hole to the underfloor space. The <br /> mininun size opening required is 18 inches by 24 inches. <br /> (R-311.2) <br /> 7. Stairways shall not be less than 3 feet in clear width and <br /> the headroom shall not be less than 6 feet 8 inches. The <br /> ninimum required stair tread width is 9 inches. The <br /> naxinun stair rise is B inches. When risers are <br /> closed~ all treads may have a uniforn projection not to <br /> exceed 1 and 1/2 inches. The greatest riser height shall <br /> not exceed the s~allest by nora than 3/8 inch. ~R-213.1) <br /> S.
