Assigned street nunbers shall be painted or affixed to the front of the dwelling in a contrasting and highly visible color~ not less than four (4) inches in height. This inspection includes checking construction and code requirements for decks and steps, skirting and underfloor ventilation and access. A RETNSPECTION FEE OF $60.8~ shall be assessed for each inspection beyond the pernitted three, inspections or (1) when the pernit card is not posted on the job site~ (2) for failure to provide access on the date for which the inspectinn is requested~ (5) when the work for which an inspection is requested is not conplete, (4) when the nanufactured dwelling is not installed per 1996 Hanufactured Dwelling Standards~ (5) for failing to attach an installer~s certification tag~ or (6) when required corrections are not made. Site grading and drainage shall provide grades which slope downward away fron ~anufactu~ed dwelling stands, foundation footings~ concrete slabs, patios, walls, skirting~ and foundations at a NINIMUM GRADE OF 1/2 INCH PER FOOT FOR 6 FEET horizontally. (Section 302(c) 1996 Oregon Manufactured Dwelling Code Standards). 5. Provide at least 1 square foot of underfloor ventilation for each 158 square feet of crawl space area. The openings shall be covered with a corrosion resistant wire hash. At least one such opening shall be provided within 3 feet of each corner of the building. (R-311.1) 6. Provide an access crawl hole to the underfloor space. The mininun size opening required is 18 inches by 24 inches. (R-311.2) 7. Stairways shall not be less than 3 feet in clear width and the headroom shall not be less than 6 feet 8 inches. The ninimum required stair tread width is 9 inches. The naxinun stair rise is B inches.
